Price Match

We are committed to offering the best prices possible on all our products and check regularly to ensure we are doing this.

However, if you find a competitor selling the same product for less please let us know and we will do our best to match or even beat the price advertised.

We do have a few conditions that need to be met in order for us to offer you the price match promise.

• The product has to be identical to the one offered on our website (size, colour, specification)
• The item has to be in stock and available for delivery.
• The total price offered must include delivery charges.
• The item must be new, in perfect condition and not be end of line or ex-display stock.
• We must be able to check the price you have found on a live website.
• We won't accept price matches from auction sites like eBay or marketplace sites like Amazon or Play.com

In order for us to be able to offer you a price match please contact us by email to help@homeandgardengifts.co.uk with the following information:

• The exact product you are looking to order (including colour and size specifications if necessary).
• A link to the product on the website where you have found it cheaper.
• The price of the product including delivery,
• The postcode that you want the item delivering to (for example, Scottish Highlands and other remote areas may attract higher delivery charges that need to be taken into account).

Once we have all the above information we will verify the prices offered and where possible will match or even beat the price.
