I had ordered a Terramundi Pot on Monday afternoon to be hand written on and was verbally quoted anything up to 21 days which to be honest, I was a little disappointed with. However, it arrived in the post today and its perfect. My Granddaughter will be thrilled.

"This is a message for the kind lady I spoke to on the phone last week to report that the Terramundi 'Just for Us' pot which I had ordered on line was not quite what I wanted. It arrived with maroon red x3 on the back and whereas I thought I was changing the colour, I was in fact writing on the reverse of the pot!

Thank you soooo much for sorting it out and the new pot arrived this week and is exactly what I wanted..it's maroon red allover with 'Just for Us' on the reverse.

Thank you and Terramundi for seeing the humour in my faux pas and for not making a fuss about it nut replacing it free of charge (unless you get a call from a customer that wants a pot with maroon red written 3 times on the back of a pot).
