Built to British standard BS6764, The home comes with three bedrooms, all of which are en suite, and an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with an optional balcony. The price includes site survey, individual cabin design, agreement of specification, free quotation, order confirmation, drawings, delivery to the UK mainland, cabin shell and core, which is: floor, walls and roof (roof covering is glass fibre reinforced bituminous felt shingles) all insulated to the requirements of the 2009 bulding regulations, doors, windows and glass, fixing trims, skirting and architraves, veranda and balcony (where option given), electrics, plumbing and kitchen (where applicable), connection to services brought under the cabin, stain and varnish, building regulations certification and a 25 year guarantee.
It excludes Base, electrical appliances, furniture, carpets, mats, curtains and garages.
NOTE: We are prepared to quote for any of the above excluded items and any other special items that you may specify, to provide a quotation for the base will require a site visit and details of services to the base, together with trial holes.
An additional soft furniture option is available it includes the following: beds, tables, carpet, curtains, drawers, wardrobes and more. If you add the chassis option the price is vat free.
