You will receive a genuine Playboy share certificate displaying your name.
How this works…
• To become a shareholder, you must follow the enclosed share registration instructions, providing us with your name and address.
• Your details are then registered, you will become a legal shareholder in Playboy Enterprises Inc, and your Playboy share certificate will be dispatched to you.
• The share certificate will display your name and is a piece of artwork in itself. It bears the famous logo, engraved signatures of both Hugh Hefner and his daughter, Christie and a beautiful picture of a lady carrying a globe.
• As an official shareholder, you will receive information directly from the company; this may include annual reports and invitations to company meetings.

How do I provide you with my details?
You can either complete your registration online or by returning the share registration sheet by post. To ensure accuracy and a decreased turnaround time, it is advised that you complete your registration online.
Will I be a genuine shareholder?
Yes you will. You will be registered as a legal shareholder and will be sent a genuine share certificate proving your share ownership.
What will share ownership entitle me to?
You will be entitled to receive annual reports, vote on issues affecting the company and much more. Full details of your shareholder rights are enclosed in your gift box.
Once registered, how long will it take for my certificate to arrive?
On average we expect it to take around eight weeks but it can take longer in some cases. Becoming a shareholder is a legal process and that is why your share certificate cannot be produced immediately. Once your details have been registered, your share certificate is produced by the shareholding company’s appointed share registrar. The length of time varies from company to company and unfortunately we have no control over this.
What does the value printed on my share mean?
You may notice a value printed on your certificate. This is called the share’s ‘nominal value’ or ‘par value’. This value has no relation to the share’s actual market value. It is written on your share mainly for accounting purposes and allows the company that issued the share to keep track of how many shares it has issued.
How long do I have to register my gift?
You have 12 months from the date of purchase to register your gift. However we advise you to register as soon as possible.
