The person who receives this gift pack will be the proud owner of a square foot of the Kincavel Estate located in Scotland and therefore become the Laird / Lady of Kincavel. The title of Laird means “land owner” and is the commonly accepted equivalent of Lord or Lady. The documents have all been drawn up by a Scottish Lawyer to ensure that they are legal and valid and each plot bought will help ensure that this piece of the highlands is preserved in it’s natural state.
The beautifully presented gift pack contains a presentation certificate detailing the right to a piece of the Kincavel Estate, information about the estate, the local area and also maps showing the location of Kincavel. Once the postage paid registration card has been completed and returned a square foot of the estate will be officially transferred into the ownership of the new Laird. They will then be sent a deed of ownership inscribed with their name and their own individual plot number.
