We will always endeavour to get personalised items to you more quickly but we cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates.

Please note that the maximum number of words you can fit on a pot for personalisation varies according to the pot design. We can only put words and/or numbers on a pot.

If the pot is plain we can put two words on the front and three words on the back of the pot.

If there is a raised design on the front of the pot we will be able to put one word below the design (nothing above or inside) and three words on the back of the pot.

If there is a raised design that covers the whole pot we can only add one word of personalisation and this will go on the front of the pot.
