In the unlikely event that you have found the product you would like to buy on our website but have managed to find an identical product on sale somewhere else at a better price we will do our very best to match or better the price you have found.

We are here to help!!! We're committed to offering you great service, advice and at the same time quality products with competitive online pricing. Our main aim is to get the product you want delivered to your door for the same price you would find it in the shops, without all the hassles and travel expenses.

•  For us to be able to offer you a price match we will need some information from you and ask you to ensure we are offering a comparison on a genuine ‘like for like’ basis.
•  We will need the total price you have seen the product for inclusive of delivery & VAT.
• The product must be exactly the same model and brand with the same options and any extras. It must also be a new item and not a ‘second’ or ‘ex-display’ model.
• The product must be clearly advertised and be available to order now from a UK based retail store or website.
• Once we have validated your request and confirmed the competitor price to be correct we will email you with a price match offer if we are able to match or better the price you have found.
• We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible but please allow two working days before contacting us for an update.
• If we are not able to offer a price match we will do our best to get back to you and let you know by email however please be aware that this is not always possible
• Please ensure the price watch enquiry form is completed in full as we will not be able to consider any request without all the information we have asked for. Please only use this form for a ‘price watch’ enquiry. Any other information requests need to be sent to hgg@homeandgardengifts.co.uk and will be ignored if submitted on this form.
